New Review – Košice (KSC) Airport Business Lounge

In today’s review, we’re giving you a closer look at what to expect during a longer (or shorter) layover at this airport lounge.

📍 Location & Access

After clearing security, simply follow the well-marked signs leading up to the first floor. The lounge is easy to find and accessible.

Current opening hours:

• Monday: 03:30 – 15:30
• Tuesday: 03:30 – 15:30
• Wednesday: 08:00 – 15:30
• Thursday: 03:30 – 05:30 & 12:00 – 18:00
• Friday to Sunday: 03:30 – 15:30

Access is available with:

• a Business Class ticket
• an eligible frequent flyer status (e.g. Star Alliance Gold)
• Priority Pass, Diners Club, LoungeKey, or Airport Angel cards

Alternatively, you can pay €25 at the entrance for up to two hours of access.

🛋️ Amenities & Atmosphere

The lounge consists of just one large room, but what stands out immediately is how bright and welcoming the space feels. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to pour in, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The light-colored armchairs also help soften what could otherwise feel like a sterile environment.

What we liked:

Private lounge restrooms are available and – as hoped – clean and well-maintained.

Plenty of power outlets throughout – something surprisingly rare in many lounges.

A wide variety of snacks and drinks:
From instant soups and chips to snack bars – the selection is more generous than expected.

The beverage selection is also great, with many drinks available in cans and bottles – which almost tempt you to take one for the road 😉.

✅ Verdict

This lounge turned out to be a pleasant surprise – especially for a smaller airport lounge.
Natural light, a solid food and drink selection, and plenty of power outlets make it a great spot to relax during a layover.

If you have access, it’s definitely worth a visit.
