New Review – Sala VIP Lounge – Valencia Airport (VLC)

Thanks to a fantastic invitation from Mr. MuellAir, I had the chance to visit Valencia for an event. On my return journey, I ended up with a bit more time at the airport than expected – the perfect opportunity to check out the Sala VIP Lounge in Terminal 1.Here’s how it went, and whether it’s worth a visit. 📍 Location & Access The lounge is located in Terminal 1, on the way to Gates 13–22. You can’t miss it – it’s on the right-hand side and clearly signposted. I accessed the lounge with my HON Circle status, but there are…

New Lounge Review – United Club Hongkong(HKG)

The United Club Lounge is located in Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), near Gate 60. 📍 Location & Access Access is granted to Business and First Class passengers on United Airlines or any Star Alliance partner airline. Since it’s not classified as a Polaris Lounge, Star Alliance Gold members departing on a same-day Star Alliance flight are also welcome. After a long closure due to the pandemic, the lounge reopened on October 8, 2025. Its location is well thought out — easy to reach after security, clearly signposted, and convenient for those with some time before departure. However, if you have a tight connection, allow about 10–15…

New Review – Airport Lounge Stuttgart (STR)

📍 Location The lounge is located right after security in Terminal 3, upstairs in the gallery area. With only 150 m² and space for 42 guests, it’s on the smaller side. That makes it feel cozy, but it can also get crowded quickly. 🛎️ Access Entry is currently quite restrictive: 👉 According to the airport, changes are planned for the future. As of now, these rules apply. 🍽️ Amenities Die Lounge besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem großen Raum, der sich zur Fensterfront hin öffnet. ✨ Highlights: 🥂 Drinks Some guests seemed to interpret the small bottled drinks as “takeaway options”…

✈️ Lounge Review: Schengen CIP Lounge – Faro Airport (FAO)

Faro Airport (FAO) is the main gateway to Portugal’s stunning Algarve region and sees a high volume of seasonal traffic, especially in summer. While the airport itself is fairly compact, it offers two contract lounges: one in the Schengen area, the other in non-Schengen. We recently visited the Schengen CIP Lounge – and while it ticks a few boxes, it’s far from a premium lounge experience. 📍 Location & Access – Hidden, but reachable After clearing security and passing through the mandatory duty-free zone, follow the signs toward the CIP Lounge. Signage is decent but not obvious –…

New Review – Air Canada Lounge Frankfurt (FRA)

📍 Location & Access The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge is located in Terminal 1, Concourse B (1B) at Frankfurt Airport. It can be accessed via an underground walkway from Terminal A. Important to note: the lounge is located airside beyond passport control, making it a non-Schengen lounge. Access is granted to Air Canada Business Class passengers, Star Alliance Business and First Class travelers, and Star Alliance Gold members (each with one guest). Lufthansa First Class guests typically use the First Class Terminalor the designated Lufthansa First Class Lounges. Interestingly, LATAM Business Class passengers can also access the lounge – similar to the Iberia…

✈️ Lufthansa Senator Lounge Frankfurt (Schengen Area) – Honest Review & Insider Tips [2025]

The Lufthansa Senator Lounge in the Schengen area of Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is a familiar place for many frequent flyers. But it’s still worth taking a closer look—especially when you manage to visit during a quieter evening, as I recently did. This gave me the perfect opportunity to explore the lounge in peace and bring you this honest, first-hand review. 📍 Location & Access The Senator Lounge is located in Terminal 1, Area A, just after the Duty-Free area, heading toward Gates A50. New Review Hotel Hilton – Hilton Niagara Falls

🛎️ Booking For my weekend trip to Toronto, I wanted to include a visit to Niagara Falls. So, I decided to book a hotel with a Falls View, of course. I reserved a non-refundable rate through the Hilton app, choosing the most affordable option available: a King Guest Room with Falls View, since I was only staying one night. 📍 Location The hotel is accessible from Toronto’s airports by car or public transportation within two to three hours. However, I have to say that public transit options aren’t ideal – you’ll need to transfer a few times. Once you arrive…

Today I’m taking you to the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Bangkok Airport (BKK).Since we arrived a bit early at the airport – once by Grab, once by train – we had some extra time for a bit of lounge hopping. ✈️ Lounge Review – British Airways Galleries Lounge, Philadelphia (PHL)

If you like to take a moment to unwind before a long-haul flight, spending some time in an airport lounge is often the perfect way to ease into your journey. The British Airways Galleries Lounge in Philadelphia delivers a solid but far from spectacular experience — a functional stop that gets the job done, but lacks the kind of polish and atmosphere you might expect from a flagship international airline. 📍 Location & Atmosphere The lounge is conveniently located just a short walk from the departure gates, which is handy if you…
